Coaches are not like psychiatrists and coaching is not like therapy...Coaches have a completely different skill set and are looking for different types of clients. It may sound mushy and touchy-feely, but I assure you the coaching relationship ‘ain’t for sissies’. Hiring a coach is strictly something you do when you’re ready for provocative discovery and change, and ready to bring your full-self to the table. If not me, someone…get a qualified coach, pursue it; you’ll thank yourself endlessly.
